Refund policy

From conceptualization to the final edit, we will do everything we can to make sure that you not only feel satisfied with your piece but that you also love it. We take our profession personally, and we are not happy unless you are. After doing hundreds of projects over the years, we can proudly count on one hand the number of times that we just could not match up with a client's vision. That being said, if you are unhappy with your piece for any reason, we will exhaust all options to make it right, and if somehow we still aren't on the same page, we do offer partial refunds depending on how far along the project is.
